Jay's Sober Living is a referral-only residence. We do not accept direct applications from prospective residents. All residents must be referred through an approved program or community organization.

The monthly residency rate is $1,800, with a $200 deposit required at move-in. The minimum stay is three months.

Residents receive a furnished shared living space with a bed, dresser, personal locked storage locker, and mini fridge. Utilities, Wi-Fi, full kitchen and laundry access, bedding, towels, household supplies, basic toiletries, and twice-weekly housekeeping are also included.Residents can also receive assistance with essential needs such as identification documents, healthcare access, and employment resources.

There is no specific minimum period of sobriety required by Jay's Sober Living. Residents are admitted through referral programs and are expected to remain substance-free while living in the home.

There is a three-month minimum stay with no maximum length of residency, provided residents remain eligible, follow house expectations, and maintain their financial obligations.
